One Month Program Starting It’s Sixth Year

 

Three, two-hour plus sessions per week

 

Tuesday and Thursday evening and Saturday 8:30 AM

 

*Velocity Training

*Pitching Specific Weight Training & Conditioning

*Core Strengthening

*Mechanics

*Strategy

*Beginning Goal Setting

 

Prerequisites: 

·       Must have had at Least 8 prior individual or private sessions with Coach Zahn or private invitation.

·       Must be pitching at Major League distance

 

Group Size: 12  The first 12 to apply.

 

 

Cost:  $500.00   (Because of the small groups the fee is non- refundable in whole or part.)
